TROUBLE BACKPACK OPTIONS

Thank you for all your assist but very little worked as I even now can’t do an iCloud back up. I did all the things you reported and perhaps restored from scratch and both of those my iPhone thirteen & iPhone XR at the same time can no longer backup on the cloud. I also reset my modem but anything is effective on both equally iPhones just the ICl
